About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria.

A young woman with long dark hair and a bright smile, wearing a sleeveless navy top and a gold necklace, standing outdoors during golden hour with a blurred green background.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been deeply curious about people, the stories we carry, the patterns we develop to survive, and our remarkable capacity to heal and grow. I believe many of the struggles we experience are not signs that something is wrong with us, but meaningful adaptations to pain, stress, and life experiences.

My clinical background spans over six years across a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, hospital-based eating disorder treatment, and work at a rehabilitation center in Africa. I have also volunteered with a human trafficking hotline, supporting individuals navigating trauma and crisis. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for both the complexity of suffering and the incredible resilience people carry.

Outside of the therapy room, I love reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time in nature. I deeply value meaningful connection, movement, and the small rituals that help us feel grounded in everyday life. I believe healing often happens not only through insight, but through learning how to reconnect with ourselves with greater compassion and curiosity.
